The beauty and conservation of the hotel. Agentileza and readiness of employees. The food. We had 02 nights with half board. On the second day, we were allowed to exit the menu and order a la carte, with no additional Honus.
The small elevator, which did not work well.

A chateau, a great building, very delicious food. Were two children because, to me UPGRADE spacious room was satisfactory.
Jacuzzi was broken so, unfortunately there was not available.

The Chateau D'artigny is very well maintained. We stayed in a Deluxe Room, very clean and tidy with a large bathroom. We were in a Half Board package, and both the dinner and breakfast were of very good quality.

An interesting and comfortable stay in a well maintained chateau hotel. It is a beautiful and scenic place.

Set in an unrivalled location accessed by a long rural drive way which opens out into a breath taking view of the Chateau and its gardens. Room was fairly small and basic but clean and adequate. The Restaurant was excellent although the food and drink was VERY expensive. The staff were all very polite and helpful & spoke very good English.

The palatial setting in beautiful grounds. Good parking close to room. Sense of space. Friendly & helpful staff.
The room was fairly basic. We would have chosen a better room if we were staying more than one night.
