Room size was good for the two adults and three children we had.
For number of guest registered for the room there were not enough towels provided we had to go and get more. Garbage can and recycle bin was not emptied on one of the nights of our stay.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!

Rooms were clean. Facilities - pool, exercise room were good to have
Outer areas - lobby and hallways looking quite tired. Due to construction next door outside of hotel was a mess.
