Nice staff, good location, books, good breakfast, relaxed atmosphere

Good breakfast, car parking behind the hotel, fairly easy access to central Stockholm, as we have lived with you, I think four times is probably the most good.

Great stay in general. This was our second stay at Marina suites because we liked the large rooms, the beautiful view and brilliant pool.

Breakfast pastries were a bit stale and the choice of cereal was limited. Fresh fruit would have been nice as well.

We had a perfect room at 8 floor with stunning views

Lively and charming family hotel. Elegant and fashionable architectural style in navy. above the original pool is a hit! Spacious bright and pleasant room with nice view of Pluim very friendly and helpful staff! Fine cared evening buffet with lots of variety

The maintenance of the room was more thorough. Especially the bathroom (garden tub and fungi between tiles)

Booked this place as last minute thing whilst waiting for a new hotel to be give to us from out tour operator in the midle of the volcana saga, arrived 15 min after booking it from one hotel to another, front desk receptionist Jackie was completely brilliant at her job very helpful, polite sorted us out no prob then when i booked another nite and then had to cancel it 20 mins later she remained very very helpful, rooms were minimal but clean and comfy, pool is a very very good infinity pool over looking the sea, with a smaller one for kids to mess about in, sadly its in a terrible terrible place although overlooking the marina its still within walking distance of the worst place on earth '' Puerto rico '' stinking filthy hell hole sorry Gran Canaria but it has to go its ruining you image which over all is not bad at all get rid of this area and make something nice you know it makes sense overall this place would be great for singles/couple and people with kids who dont need to go out to eat xx

The area beyond it is so so bad full of time share touts and people trying to rip you off, bad food places and brits abroad

I have just returned from here with my 2 yr old daughter. We had a fantastic time here and was really convenient to beach and town. Staff were really helpful and kidz club too even though technically they shouldn't have taken my daughter till 4. I will defo return here and found very little to complain about....................... Except (see below)

BEDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they were the hardest beds I've ever experienced, very very uncomfortable, I'm not generally choosy about beds but these were like rocks.

Swimming pool / area was very good and also work for children.

Read a customer reviews before ordering and I have to say that I agree with previous comments, beds were very hard, and the hotel responded to the classification of near!

The food was not the best. Dry meat and boring. We had included food in our stay, but went out to eat several times. Much better.
