No hot water available for shower. My dad had sent in charge authorization form for parking and inceidentals and they did not have it on file.

View of the river and Bay.
The inside shower curtain was a half foot too short. Two creams isn't enough for four cups of coffee.

Our overall stay was very good. Clean, elevators were fast. Close to convention center was a plus
While the resturant was nice and good food, the menu for younger folks ten to 15 year olds is not very good. Need something faster and good food. Kids food.
