Everything about the Hilton Garden Inn inside and the staff was great! Outside parking and maneuvering to and through the entrance, not so good!!!
A little pricey, but worth it. It was Missoula, Montana after all, and being one of the largest cities in Montana it is understandable. Also, parking and access to the front entrance was horrible. With parked vehicles with big pull-behind trailers made it impossible to park at the entrance and enter the hotel to register and to allow other cars to pass on to the side parking lot was virtually impossible. In spite of the drawbacks, we had an enjoyable night. But I’m afraid we’ll only be enjoying the luxury once every five or ten years and never more than a one day or a weekend.

Location and ammenities. The breakfast, even though it cost extra, was very good.
They need to provide better information about the air beds. For some reason we did not find insturction on the bed until we checked out. The dial on the counter had no meaning as we had never experienced such a bed. Needless to say our nights rest wasn't as good as it could have been.

Friendly staff with a cheerful hello, have a good day, etc. Wanting to be helpful in directions to places in Missuola and answering questions from us. Just a good experience at the hotel in all ways.
