Seamless pre-flight night. Nice breakfast, terrific staff. The shuttle drivers are the best!!! Always prompt, courteous & helpful.

Orange slices at breakfast were quite old.

The gal that checked us in at 4:00 p.m. Sunday March 16, 2014 was outstanding - please make sure she gets recognition for her friendly and helpful demeanor during check in and organized and well spoken in giving directions and using the maps as a tool.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful and created a great first impression. My kids loved the water park. Easy access to the freeway and the airport, but suprisingly no noise from either.

We loved the "breakfast room" where we could watch the kids playing and still be able to visit with the adults. It worked perfect for our family gathering!

Quiet, clean, shuttle/park service, helpful/knowledgeabe staff able to answer questions, wi-fi, decor ~ very pleasant and would repeat our stay.
