Were hardely in our room being we were only in town one night for a wedding. I thought the furnishing and flooring were very nice.
There was a family with a dog across the hall that barked a lot and made it very hard to sleep. It was noisy in other respects also, but I suppose that is to be expected on the weekend and on 1st floor.

The Temper-Pedic bed was amazing!
The hotel rooms were run down. Wall paper coming off the walls, and not super clean. An older establishment that needs renovations.

Housekeeping employee Shawn Thomas should teach Customer Service to the rest of the staff!
Staff acted disinterested, bed was uncomfortable, when we went for our free breakfast for the 1st time on the 4th day that we were there it was a big hassle, our room wasn't cleaned or visited at all the last 3 days we were there!

The shuttle service to the airport. Rooms where very comfortable.
We didn't use the pool as there were multiple birthday parties going on and no room for adults. for the cost of the room we would have liked had use the services available. Even with the comfort of the room we couldn't help notice ALL of the dust on the window coverings.

The staff were great and patient. The power went out and their systems where down, but the staff remained patient and friendly to their guests.
