I love the location. The hotel rooms are amazing. Spacious, & comfortable. I have stayed here twice and would highly recommend it. The staff are very attentive and friendly.

Not a thing.

Both the room and the bed were quite comfortable. Enjoyed the layout.

The main problem was that my wife is 5 foot tall, and the bathroom counter was quite high, making it difficult for her at the sink. Also, there was literally no counter space. If we had stayed more than one night, would have had to call for a step stool. Did not understand why the towel bar was on the inside of the shower. Also, there were no plastic bathroom cups available, only 2 glass drinking glasses with the ice bucket.

I found the entire staff to be cordial,friendly and professional. Mrs. Dahlila Collins was extremely gracious and helpful in assisting me in making adjustments to my itinerary. I felt that her efforts in helping me revealed not only caring and professionalism and concern for the guests, but enhances her management style, Augustus Cage

Loved the room. Great price point, suprisingly nice design. Very nice upgrades. Thought the hall design by Phillip Johnson was very nice - it has has survived the test of time very nicely.

Valet and entry was not as easy to find as one would like to see.

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the location could not have been better. We were able to walk everywhere. Parking was easy.

We were on the 7th floor. It took over 20 minutes to get the water hot enough to be able to take a luke warm shower. The ice machine was not working so we called the front desk. They told us to go to a different floor and it would be looked at. When we left the next morning it was not fixed.
