Staff was wonderful both in the hotel and restaurants except for the staff in the Food Court ... acted as they did not want to be there. Valet and bellhops were great!

Close to Miller Park as we were attending games
Casino was too smoke filled, could not gamble more than 10 minutes, the non-smoking area did not have video poker machines which I like to play

The staff so was helpful and respectful. They made us feel like we were at home!
Smoking in the casino. We don’t smoke and it was miserable. We moved to the non-smoking casino but the smoke was unbearable. At least the hotel was non-smoking.
