The friendliness and helpfullness of the staff. Everyone who we talked to who worked there was very kind. This is huge. Must be a good place to work.
We also liked how the shuttle was there for us. We didn't have to wait and we could count on it. We've stayed at other hotels where we almost missed a hospital procedure appoiontment because they had let someone take off for the morning. The staff should definitely be told how wonderful they were.
Ice - ice machine wasn't working on the 4th floor. Also, thought we were to have a microwave and mini fridge in our room. We could get one but it would cost us $20/each. That's an awful expensive bag of popcorn for us.
Vending machines - none on the 4th floor and the one in the basement - not well taken care of. Basement kind of creepy to have to go to - no personnel down there either.

I like the fact that they will shuttle you to your event and pick you up when you are done. This is a great plus for me when staying in Milwaukee. The rooms are also very nice.
