Some mold in the bathroom & little sound proofing from the drunken wedding party at midnight.

- Modern - Affiliated with national chain - Free breakfast - Free & easy to connect wi-fi - Free newspaper - Nearby restaurants of some quality; within walking distance - No curb between parking lot & sidewalk to hotel; easy to walk & drag suitcases to/from car & hotel

- Room too small - No refrigerator or microwave - Elevator interior wall covering needs repair - Not within walking distance of business district; even though near to I-84 & NY-17 intersection - Not yet easy findable using Garmin GPS guidance system - Expensive comparing values/cost of Microtel by Wyndham vs values/cost of Motel8 and Howard Johnsons in the same city

We were perfectly happy with everything and every one.

It would be nice if there were rooms available for smoking

The staff was very accomadating. we arrived early as we had a wake to attend and needed to change. we were checked in quickly and as my wife had already checked in early that week, the front desk was able to move us to across the hall. When we got to the room, a maintenance guy was doing some maintenance in the bathroom and make it quick so the kids could change. The breakfast in the morning was plentiful and replenished very quickly.

Was put in a handicapped room which was somewhat inconvenient in the bathroom. Would like to have been asked if this was OK beforehand.

Comfortable mattress - Clean Room -quiet location - near good restaurants

2 chairs in the room would have been nice.

It appeared to us that your registration process was a bit heavy-handed. I almost felt like I was a fellon. The only thing you might add to make the process more demeaning is finger printing. The revervation was "pre-paid" via an on-line service, and my credit card was required (the staff said: "We have to take your credit card in the event that you smoke or trash the room") I am 76 years old and have not smoked in over 50 years. And I can't imagine "trashing a hotel room". Now you are going to say: "Well, we have to do this with every guest based on some of the people who have stayed here". Therefore, every one who come to this hotel is considered to be less than civilized. I'm glad we only staayed one night.

I reserved two rooms, one for my husband and myself and one for a single friend. The friend was given the room with two beds and I was given the room with one bed.

The staff was friendly and the hotel room was very clean and comfortable at a good price near dining facilities.
