The bed was very comfortable. Also appreciated the airport shuttle. It simplified everything for us. All staff were very pleasant to work with.

Easy check in/out. Location is perfect if you have an early flight. Very friendly staff. Room was bigger than I expected and spotless. Beds were super comfy. I loved having a balcony. I will stay here again when in the area.
No elevator. But the shuttle driver helped us bring 3 very heavy luggage’s up 2 flights of stairs. If it wasn’t for him we would’ve been lost. They’re a few (small) buildings and no signs to point you in the right direction. We were told to go outside by the Pool take a left than a right. Not knowing we had to enter building the una side door then go uon2 flights of stairs.

The hotel was very nice for a layover flight , not a big room but very clean .
Would stay there again .

The room size was amazing as were the beds. Loved having 2 king beds. The staff was very friendly and accomadating
The door from outside to our hall way was very load and slammed shut all night long. Maybe a way to make it soft close would be helpful.

The hotel was excellent in all aspects. The staff was extremely polite and professional as had the "we can and will help you" attitude. The rooms were large enough to invite guests over to visit. The rooms were cleaned daily as well as the entire hotel being cleaned constantly by the staff. The outside was well maintained. Also offered free transportation to and from the Airport which is an extra plus for this hotel. The staff offered to call a taxi for us to travel to the casino which I thought was above and beyond the call of duty.
It was not close enough to the Casino

It is a Ramada now and is great in the renovated areas.
