I stay at this facility quite often. The staff has gotten to know me and we have developed a good relationship and they have great communication skills which I appreciate. Something that is important in this industry. Genuine kind and courteous.
There's nothing I would really say to disqualify the hotel. Are used to stay there before it was acquired by the choices family. It is a big improvement in some of the rooms and as I was staying there now I see them doing a lot of painting And cleaning up which is nice to see.

The room are very nice and the staff are very helpful
The Ice machine was not working but, I was told later by the staff that people were filling up their coolers so, the machine could make any more ice for awhile. It's it.

Best Miami is next to Sunset Dr, Sunset Place, a very luxury shopping center with a lot of night life, fine restaurants and many more interesting places for culture and for fun! As a business person, the most accurate place to stay.

There was a mandatory $2.00 fee for the in-room safe (which I did not want nor did I use); this should have been included in the quoted price (which stated it was inclusive of fees). The room smelled of disinfectant (covering up the smell of mold?) and the bed was 'tired'.

Love the location walking distance to the Metro.
The restaurant/bar was closed and had to walk a couple blocks to find one.
