I was quite comfortable in the hotel and found everyone friendly. I appreciated the shuttle service to the mall as it was quite helpful for me.
The only minor thing was having one of the cleaners start to come in my room around 5pm, after my room had already been cleaned. I think it was a mistake but took me off guard.

All staff was very nice and helpful. Our special thanks to housekeeper, she brought forgotten laptop from the room down to reception while we were checking out!

The Front Office staff very helpful.
The Restaurant staff during breakfast appeared iritated and unaccomodating. The buffer was disoraganized and the location of the coffee and juice station was absolutely discussing
