The concierge was most helpful in getting a dinner reservation at the last minute. I think her name was Marjorie; a woman who has been with the hotel for some 14-15 years. She was cheerful and professional.

We were only there for one day before our cruise, but I would definitely stay there again. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left every employee we encountered was wonderful, friendly and informative. And could not believe our room was ready when we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 a.m.

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I did not want to get up! The view from our room was amazing.
