Liked swimmingpool and restaurant on 8th floor. Staff WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING THERE.
The first room was like a prison cell with a very small door doubling
as a door to miniscule balcony. The room was small and dark.
After complaining and calling your office they finally gave us another room
which was lighter but not closet just a small armoire.

Location and hotel premises
The valet parking crashed our car door and the hotel staff did not take any responsibility because the parking service is not under hotel scope. It belongs to a supplier. A real shame!
