Lots of elevator issues. No vending machines or those you found didn't work. Seemed more like a lower grade hotel

It's not worth the price . The room's are to small and out dated.All the pop machine are broken and if you want a cup of coffee in your room it's 6.00 a cup.

I have always stayed at the Holiday in because the location is good for my business while I am in Miami.The service from the staff is commendable, as well as the improvemnets as I have been staying at this hotel over the last 4 years. I do not like the fact that a breakfast was not included in my stay as I have always had a breakfast.
