We came into town a day before leaving for a cruise. The breakfast was better than any of the food on the cruise. We had a very pleasant one night stay.

A cordialidade e atenção das pessoas que trabalham na recepção, principalmente o Funcionário Francisco. Foi sempre muito atencioso e gentil.
No Brasil eu sou um profissional de Qualidade, Segurança do Trabalho, Saúde Ocupacional e Meio Ambiente e pela minha análise do ponto de vista da Qualidade, o serviço em geral foi muito BOM. Parabéns! Me senti como estivesse no meu País.

The location was excellent for my business meeting. I didn't have any hot water at the sink. The room was clean and secure. There were no views but didn't need those for my business purposes. Lots of Nearby cafés and bars.

The hotel was very nice. A bit off the beaten path for what I needed but the neighborhood was also nice with some good restaurants nearby. The staff and their conduct of business was excellent. I usually do not require maid service on a two day stay put my "Do not disturb sign" out. The housekeeping staff put a card under the door of my room apologizing for not servicing the room. A first for me and very comforting to know that they cared.
The only downside was the location but I would stay there again.
