I like that beautiful waterfall,breakfast,restaurant in lobby.every thing was wonderful thank you
There was one thing that could use attention:my mother is 85 yrs.old the bath tub needs a rail or something to hold on to when getting in and out shower.

Las habitaciones son muy limpias y confortables. Siempre tuvimos parqueo disponible. La vista de los alrededores es preciosa, sobre todo desde el àrea de desayuno. Había mucho frio y no usamos las piscinas. La ubicaciòn no puede ser mejor...y no menos importante, pagamos la mitad de lo que hemos pagado antes en hoteles de *marcas* (pero de menor confort) en Miami.
Al llegar al hotel el lobby nos dio una impresiòn un poco desagradable, este lobby no está al nivel de este hotel, pero las atenciones y el confort en la habitación hacen olvidarlo.

Yes, missing five days to use my reservation, I had problems and had to postpone my trip by one week, after numerous emails not answered, when I checked in Panama, I was at the reception of the hotel and I personally asked the attendant to change the date the existing reservations and charged my card for 6 days ahead and that would still be beyond the day I asked to delay another day and still not atenderam.Resultado me, I lost one already paid daily and win and I met another hotel .
