Main reason for choosing Eden Roc Miami Beach: Location
Die super Lage am Strand, dass man sowohl am Pool Liegen und Sonnenschirme, Badetücher und Liegetücher gratis bekam, dass man sogar am Strand jeden Tag 2 Liegen und genügend Badetücher zur Verfügung gestellt bekam. Die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer im 17. Stock war super.
Leider war im Lobby- und Poolbereich Baustelle, mit entsprechend Lärm. Aber dies hat fast nicht gestört! Irgendwann müssen ja Renovationen/Verbesserungen gemacht werden und dies sicher nicht im Winter in der Hauptreisezeit. Dafür hatten wir vollstes Verständnis. Es wäre zu überlegen, ob während der Bauphase deshalb mit dem Hotelpreis etwas gemacht werden sollte.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mit 36 Dollar pro Person eindeutig zu teuer.

Service, specious room
Unfortunately yes:
1. Your desire to charge an extra overall fee was not disclosed in advance.
2. the terrace of the corner king suit on floor 4 is ugly( some green touch might help) and suffers from kitchen odors.

The staff was simply tremendous. Very helpful, very friendly, although restaurant staff wasn't always trained particularly well, which created some minor service problems.
The young man behind the counter informed us that We only have full body massages. We never did learn what these cost, but were repeatedly told that we would enjoy a full body massage. Quite frankly, neither of us wanted a full-body massage, only head, shoulders, and neck. That was enough to make us give up on the Eden Roc's spa facilities.
