Casa Faena Miami Beach

Comfortable, homey hotel. Not glitzy nor pretentious like many hotels in Miami Beach. Nothing fancy, but overall a pleasant experience.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It was a great choice because they find this hotel is in an excellent location and is an excellent hotel, highly recommend to everyone looking for pra rest well and we are confident that when we return, we will return to host the same Ugar .

It was a good choice even though you are away from downtown Miami, the transport service provided us with access and orientation of the guy who greeted us did not stay more pleasant.

I booked a room where smoking was allowed and at the time of the reservation I was told that I was going to be given a smoking room upon availability. Turns out the whole premises are non smoking. Had I know that I would have booked my room in some other hotel. They should notify the premises are non smoking before the booking so that the customer can choose to stay in a hotel that fits his/her needs. Also, by the time I got there, the person at the reception gave me the registration to sign and after checking it I refused to sign it because it stated a rate that was completely different from what I had in my reservation printout, took too long to fix it and was a little rude (seems like it was an inconvenience for him instead).
