The location is close to the South Beach hotels and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the room was a nice size.
Little information is given regarding the services like the pool. Also, there is no coffee service except during the hours the snack bar is open. No coffee makers in the room either, so we had to go out for coffee at 6 am! Considering the cost of the hotel, it seems like this service should be available.

One can't beat the price for this hotel and it's location right off Lincoln Road.

I liked being close to fabulous restaurants and shoppinng.
I was staying in a room facing Lincoln Road where there was a lot of noice at night. Seccondly, housekeeping didn't leave shampoo so I had to request it.

The location of the hotel is great! Unfortunately starting from the entrance you will smell this humid and old smelly air that was really bordering us especially in our room. One last suggestion for those who have to make phone calls.....never, ever use the room telephone but just the one in the hall working with quarters....Even if you do not get an answer, from the room you get charged and what a charge!!!!! The Reception Supervisor was really helpfull and understanding in this invoice matter.
