Everything was great!!
The food at restaurants is excellent and the staff friendly and service excellent!
The A/C at rooms has to be updated, I couldn’t get it to turn on the AC at night it was so hot.
I told staff at front desk.

Solo la apariencia por fuera y la hubicación
Las habitaciones super deterioradas, la alfombra vieja y muy sucia parece un n hotel viejo. Primero nos dieron una habitación con toda la alfombra sucia, la silla manchada y sucia, las puertas de madera maltratadas pedimos cambio de habitación! se tardaron pero nos cambiaron de habitación, fue peor las fundas lavadas pero manchadas, otro detalle te cobran 100 pesos por día de estacionamiento! eso no importaria tanto si realmente el hotel te ofrece precio beneficio!!!!!!!!
