Proximity to airport

Yes, I was treated very rudely at check in, and decided I would never go back. I will go to the Marriot, instead, which is just a few dollars more, but infinitely surpasses the Camino Real in service and aesthetics.

I love this hotel. The beds are super comfortable. I love the lamps on the desks. The bathroom floors are marble. It feels very solid and it is very convenient to Terminal 1 at the Mexico City airport.

The staff at the front desk can seem a bit lackadaisical.

La ubicación. La habitación muy confortable.

Que te cobren por el Internet. Creo que la habitación cuesta lo suficiente como para que incluya el Internet. No me gustó que no incluya el desayuno

Really convenient walk over to the airport, quiet and clean.

I found the hotel staff at the desk ok and efficient, but lacking that human touch. Maybe just my impression. I had 2 stays of 1 night each, 2 weeks apart and had pretty much the same impression each time.

Convenient location.

Yes, checking in was extremely slow. Air conditioning was malfunctioning with a humid temperature of 75 degrees all night. When requesting help, they promised to send a technician but nobody showed up. This was our second visit and probably our last.
