Main reason for choosing Harrah's Metropolis Hotel & Casino: Location

The employees and security staff were very pleasant and helpful. Always greeting you with a smile and very hospitable.
Although the food was very good, the main restaurant was so brightly lit, it was not the atmosphere it could/should have been for a late night dinner, especially for the price. Felt like a glorified Shoney's. Wait staff did what they could to make it pleasant.

I was quit impressed that the casino had been changed just off of the lobby. very convenient.
I was surprised that the elevators were not secured with the room key any more. I just pushed any of the elevators button . did not use the room key once. maybe you could change this. I really liked the security with the room card. this way, jut the guest can go onto the floors. thank you

From the minute I stepped out of our car, and was met by a older gentleman, who helped get our bags, and took them to our room after I had checked-in, we enjoyed our stay, and my daughter was very pleased with her WINNINGS!!!!!-I CANNOT SAY THE SAME FOR ME, as I lost a whole $20.00-But it was fun and we needed to get away for a while, and this was the place to do it for us.

We came in late and ate at Aces ---- my wife and lettuce on the hamburger did not agree at all -

The room was very damp feeling and the carpet by the one side of the bed was wet.
