The overall experience was very nice. My daughter and I were on a Mother-Daughter trip and this was the last stop. We surely saved the best for last. It is an awesome place to stay. We had I think the best valet, and the beautiful lady that took us to Graceland(I think her name may have been Corrine) was just as nice as she was beautiful. Everyone was friendly and always smiling.

The helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable.
No where to hang your bath towels after the shower.

Overall great experience. During my trip I had stayed at some “high level quality” hotels only to be disappointed. The Guest House at Graceland was a welcome change. Everything was very accommodating including a friendly staff, clean spacious rooms and a great atmosphere.

From the Airport shuttle to the Hotel and then check in was speedy. Entertainment in the lobby was great. Rooms were clean and spacious. The baggage handlers were very curtious.
There was only one chair in the room therefore you had to sit on bed as there were 4 people in our room.

The staff was excellent. It was a pleasure.
I didn't enjoy the food. Both dining rooms had practically the same menu. Service was kind of slow.

From our arrival and bell hop to the check out process, staff very good and friendly; lobby beautiful. Rooms large, decorated beautiful and wonderful beds and great showers.
Paying for parking. No great entertainment as the piano bar was just for listening, they need a small nightclub with dancing.
We were out late and missed the Elvis movies in the Theatre - could they run these movies on the room TV's.

There wasn't anything we didn't like--four of us stayed and we all agreed it was the BEST hotel we've ever stayed in. The cleanliness was above what we ever expected, all but one staff was ABOVE EXCELLENT in their friendliness and it was an AWESOME experience. I even asked one lady if they were taught in training to be above average in their friendliness and she said they do have an excellent training program but what most employees seem to get out of the training is the reminder that without us (customers) they would have no job--that really amazed me and I believe it.
The price was a little high for us hard working people--LOL--but it won't keep me from going back--I will stay nowhere else from this point forward when we go to Memphis.
