We loved the room with a view of the inside and Bass Pro Shop. They had snacks and water at no charge in the room. Cookies every night. This place had everything!!! There was shopping, bowling, restaurants, bars and a killer view at the top of the pyramid. They had free shuttle to downtown or $1 trolley rides to explore the city.
Really expensive. This was a once in a lifetime experience. If it were more affordable, we would at least make it a yearly trip.

The room was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The decor made you feel like you were in a high dollar hunting lodge. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the catfish in the pond and the store. We will definitely be back.
If it had a pool it would be absolutely perfect!

Our stay was amazing! The Big Cypress Lodge has the perfect balance between comfort and luxury. It was spacious and updated, while still possessing a cozy cabin charm. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room sarvicd was amazing and the location provided additional activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Valet and bellman were extremely polite and very helpful. Check in was flawless and Tamika Green was awesome. Our room was unbelievable. Attention to detail on all the fixtures and layout was unmatched. We ate upstairs on the roof top and the viewing platform made our night. The sunset was beautiful as we dined eating blacken Red Fish. Our server was fantastic. Very much on her game!! Our departure was capped off by our amazing bellman Jason Reed. He was so kind and helpful as we departed. An unbelievable stay. We will be back again for sure.
We hope that Uncle Bucks continues to make great strides in customer service and food quality. We did not go because of a few customers we chatted with and even an employee said, don't go... they have issues that hopefully will be resolved. We ate upstairs and it was A+. Maybe the managers downstairs at Uncle Bucks should take an elevator ride once in a while.

Check in took a little while because my reservation never showed up in the computer even though I had a confirmation number. Everyone was very helpful and nice trying to figure out where the reservation was. I was panicking thinking we would not have a room, not a good way to start an anniversary weekend. Luckily the manager, Nycole Harris, stepped in and took care of us. She went above and beyond and made our anniversary so special. We can’t wait to go back for another stay.
