H10 Playa Meloneras Palace

Very comfortable, relaxing, with access to the beach, very friendly staff!

A nice hotel, clean and comfortable. One could wished that it either had been closer to the sandy beaches at Maspalomas, or the Meloneras Beack had been more spacy. Breakfast was excellent, beds were very good. But bloody hell how expensive everything has been on the Canary Islands! A dinner at a very ordinary resturant costs much more than at an ordinary restaurant in Sweden! It used to cost less than half! Considering that it is a tax free area one can wonder where all the money goes.

Very pleasant, the room was quiet and spacious. We appreciate the original architecture and space management that find a quiet place, perhaps it is not the case all season, but we have good advantage.

Some members of the staff are very very incompetent and unfriendly, they can't shake the proposed cocktails ; during breakfast they ignore you completaly; they refuse to phone a taxi and so one / the only injoyable bar was closed at 6 o'clock in the evening until 9 o'clock / evening buffet was almost always the same; 5 stars unworthy
