Main reason for choosing Clarion Pointe: 价格
The front desk staff went over and above for me when I checked in for my room was not ready and I required an earlier check in time. When I went to my room the two housekeepers that were working made sure I was comfortable and when I asked for more coffee they made sure each day I received extra coffee.
Would like to have had an outdoor plug in by our room. We had to run a cord into the room under the door.

The stairs. I have bad knees and find it difficult to do stairs.
I forgot to request no stairs when I booked on line.

Front desk staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to assist. There were many of us there. They opened birthday room for us to eat our order in one night. Front desk staff made coffee at 3 am when they noticed that 2 of us were up.
The service in the lounge was very poor.

We were very pleased with the service and politeness of the staff. We needed some help with our Television and it was taken care of right away. Very enjoyable stay and close to other amenities.

1. the water slide. Our grandchildren rated it somewhere around 25 out of ten. Not bad.
2. The breakfast.
The room was quite stuffy with a weird smell. We weren't able to get the window open. It was stuck.
The booking agent double booked up with 2 rooms. So far we've only had one show up on the credit but it does make us a bit nervous. Not sure what happened.

Staff were friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable and pool was fun.
There wasn't much of a selection for the continental breakfast, but still good.
