The breakfast the comfort of the bed and pillows
It needs updating TVs restroom the carpet it needs to be more updated. The jacuzzi should have been working since the pool outside was freezing.

Most of all it's location, the room is comfortable the breakfast was good.
We ask for a room for two persons and They provide it but the room had (s) a door that communicate with another room I think that is not secure, I hope for the next occasion we receive a single room with no communication with another room.

Que el personal que esta en la administracion siempre tiene una sonrisa y cualquier requerimiento que uno realiza rapido le dan solucion.
No hay botellas de agua en la habitacion y no hay pesas en el gimnasio.

I like the proximity to the hotel and the mall. It was easy to stay there without a car. The bed was very comfortable. I liked the breakfast as well.
I wish there was a gift shop for last minute supplies. The refrigerator in my room froze my food. The coffee was not very good, but hotel coffee rarely is. :)

Great staff. Friendly environment. Nice neighborhood.
I was booked into a handicapped room at first (room 315). Had to change rooms to room 325 which had no internet service. I called sevearl times. The toilet flush lever not working either.
