We were given a free upgrade to a suite which was brilliant for our group of 14 to use as a base to celebrate a birthday and to meet in. Everything was perfect. Staff had also placed everyone in our party in the same wing which we appreciated.

Lovely meal in the restaurant. Being able to get around the resort without having to go outdoors if the weather is nasty. It's great having a gym, pool, spa pool, cafe and restaurant all in the one place, just to name a few of the facilities.
Lots of young children in the spa pool but I guess it is a family resort so to be expected. I had a maintenance issue with the plug in the hand basin as it wouldn't open. I did pass this message on upon check out so hope it got fixed for the next occupant. We were disappointed with the stocking of the buffet breakfast on the Sunday morning. I did fill in the form regarding this on our check out. A lot of the hot dishes were left empty and some remained that way for well over 15-20 minutes. Even the fresh fruit bowls weren't replenished in a timely matter. It wasn't particularly busy and only around 8:30-9am so a bit early to be running out of hot food.

Great place to stay with the children - pool, golf etc.
Thought the price of the buffet dinner was a little high for what it was.

I have stayed here before several times. There is everything you need in one place. I had asked for a room that you can park right outside and I got it so was happy with that.
