De locatie, het personeel aan de receptie en de kamer.
Het ontbijt was aan de karige kant. Koffie en sappen werden niet aangevuld terwijl het personeel achter in de ontbijtzaal onder het genot van een kopje koffie en een of meerdere glazen met sap zat toe te kijken.

Alerte intempestive à 1heure du matin : tous les occupants conviés à descendre à pied au rez de chaussée.
Résultat une demi heures d'attente en bas pour ... rien, mais beaucoup de sommeil de perdu !
L'annonce d'alerte n'ayant été faite qu'en Français nombre d'étrangers étaient paniqués faute d'avoir compris l'annonce...
Défaut que j'imputé volontiers à une erreur de jeunesse de cet hôtel tout neuf et bien équipé

Die Bewertung oben bezieht sich auf das Personal beim Frühstück, da Personal
sehr unfreundlich und ineffizient.Es fehleten Teller,Tassen und Besteck waren nicht sauber,Brot oder Brötchen wurden sehr lange nicht aufgefüllt,bei
einer Kaffemaschine wurde der Filter nicht gewechselt, dadurch lange Schlange.Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Matratzen waren sehr durchgelegen.

Our room on 7th floor was right by the lifts and so was noisy especially late on Saturday night and early Sunday morning.

I would say all staffs are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and neat. Breakfast was so so. The location is good just opposite main train station of Marseilles and you can walk to old port if you are keen walker. It will take you for 30 mins.
The price is a little too high if compare with all things and services you got. No bathtub and small shower room.
