The location is excellent, with the Perier Metro vitually outside the entrance. Although not right in the centre it is situated on a lovely broad Avenue and easily walkable to the Vieux Port with 25 - 30 mins. There is an excellent market on the Prado every day. Walking 30mins in the other direction you can access the seafront and beach bars. We enjoy walking but these areas can be accessed by local buses and metro.
I have stayed in Citea Apartments several times for short breaks and the rooms are small but a little tired and could do with some upgrading.
However considering the cost they are resonable value for money. While in Marseille, I checked out another hotels in the price range and was glad we had chosen Citea once again.
