All the staff was helpful, cheerful and attentive.
The heating/cooling system in my room was ineffective: even turned up to its fullest setting, it did not warm the room. It was also extremely loud each time it came on, making it difficult to sleep.
Since the room was cold, I would have appreciated an extra blanket, but late at night I did not feel like calling to ask for one.

I was told that Breakfast Buffet was included in my stay, but when I tried to receive the benefits of that I was told it was not included in my reservation. Very disappointed in the deception especially for the price they were asking for a processed eggs not real eggs! Also my room smelled very musty. I had to buy some lysol to spray everyday.
