Everything is just about right

Having the pool, it was very quiet. The location was good.

Pull out bed was broken the springs were missing very lumpy and not acceptable for an adult.

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times because the staff is courteous and polite and for the most part the rooms are clean. The bottom mattress cover on one of the beds had coffee dripped on it from someone else before we checked in so that should have been replaced but otherwise the room was clean and aired and everything was well stocked.

The hotel should let guests know that they have to share the pool with children having swimming lessons for 4 hours every day......right around the time you would be coming back to the hotel to relax in the hot tub and pool(4 pm to 8 pm) there were swimming lessons being done. We stay at this hotel because of the nice pool and hot tub but we couldn't really enjoy it because of needing to move around swimming lessons. Also, my husband didn't realize that there were no queen beds in the renovated part of the hotel so we took the room in the non renovated part. I think if you have to have a non renovated room because they are the only ones available with queen beds and you have to share a pool with people that aren't even staying at the hotel, you should have a lower rate.

This was our 4th year of staying in the same Hotel/Location. The Staff have always been friendly and helpful to us. We are Seniors

Now we know they were renovating - BUT - the bathrom sink is much to be desired. We feel the cleaning staff had a diffcult time cleaning round it.as we splashed water unfortunately due to the sink being way too high for me. I am only 5ft.2in.!!They should have put a rack to put our towels on to dry . We had to hang behind door or on shower door! Now, they need to get smaller hangers, as the regular size kept getting caught on the inside lip of the inner door. Also a Shelf on top.

Facility was outdated. There was not place to hang our towels and clothes.

Very unhappy about the fact that we had paid for the room and told us that it was not paid! He had returned by mail the invoice to be paid back in a second time!
