Location, staff responded to requests promptly and our stay was pleasing.

Pillows were to small and there was no schedule for tv programs.

We loved the hottub.

We needed bandaids and antibiotic ointment. There was none. I had to go to Undo's for a bandaid.

Se me dijo que para el segundo dia de alojamiento seria reubicado en una habitación de mi mejor agrado, pero a pesar de las peticiones diarias esto nunca se dio. Siempre permaneci en la misma habitacion asignada desde el primer dia.

The bathroom smelled like methane gas. One elevator was out of operation during 3 of our 4 day visit. I had to get our door cards reactivated almost every day of our visit.
