Rooms were nice

Didn't like that the Balcony was over the parking lot and not the canal.

Dock Master & Staff were very accommodating. Rooms were comfortable.

Still recovering from Hurricane Irma, renovating dining room.

The staff was easy to deal with, and when I informed them I was going to leave a day early they said that you the hotel room would be refunding me one days stay. I’m still looking for it but they were very communicative that it came from you. Thank you for your help

The place was very clean and closs to arear that I go to. This place is conviencet to key west and does not cost you a fortune

Loved that room had view of canal and location to stores and restaurants was very convenient. Also enjoyed pool and surrounding area. Felt cost was in line for facility.

The resort needs some updating, in particular the elevator needed cleaning and painting. Our rooms were clean but the bathroom toilet needed to be stabilized. Beds were comfortable but lighting was inadequate. Would have appreciated additional towels in bathroom and kitchen.

Positives:- The location is fantastic, near to shopping area, golf, beach, canal and other attractions. The apartment is spacious with super balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Good shower with a built-in seat that I found very useful having recently suffered a broken leg and unable to stand for lengthy periods. Good size pool, efficiently heated, sufficient sun loungers and tables and chairs around pool area and a Tikki bar. Staff friendly and helpful.

And now for the negatives, such a shame as the resort does have a lot to offer. The crockery was dirty, dried food on plates and other dishes and pots. The bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on, felt like I was lying on a concrete base! The apartment certainly needs upgrading as regards all the furniture and electrical goods. The 'scum' from body grease, suntan oil I presume, needs to be cleaned from tiles surrounding the pool. The Tikki bar staff seemed to have problems getting the beer out of the taps whilst we were there, the bar staff left my glass under the 'dripping' tap in the hope it would fill up, eventually, at which point I decided I did not want a beer and opted for something else. We were then further insulted by the bar staff informing us that she wanted payment 'up front' as some people had 'legged it' the night before without paying. Being on crutches at the time I did not think much of my chances of legging it anywhere. And to add further insult she then gave everyone else that asked for a drink a 'tab'. Needless to say, we did not drink there again.

Good communication for late arrival. Staff attentive. Pool and riku bar very nice. Close to beach,food supplies,drug stores, banks, restaurants.

Very large room overlooking docked sailboats.

The bed was really worn out which slopped to the middle.
