Location was great. Easy access and parking with our truck and boat. Breakfast was nice too.

The staff was friendly. We were attending a graduation at Mankato University. The rooom was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good -- the area a little small we were able to share a table with two others we did not know

All the construction!! Which was not YOUR PROBLEM.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast items they furnished very good and the main lobby area was always kept clean and neat. I'd rate the hotel very high on my list and I've stayed in some of the best hotels in the country over the years.
The trees on the outside of the building are nice to look at, but they need trimming - they rubbed the side of the building making it very hard to sleep when the wind was blowing.

The bed was amazingly comfortable, the room was clean, ths staff that I dealt with were both proffesional and friendly. Needless to say I had a good expierence staying in your hotel.

Very quiet.
Very difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. Ended up having to open the window to get comfortable.
