The bar was nice and food was good. Rooms were nice.
They charged $6.95 for a continental breakfast. Most other hotels don't.

The staff was awesome.
We didn't like the fact that there was not a complimentary breakfast. There was mold in the shower; water was lukewarm. The bed was extremely firm.

The newness of the hotel, plus the lovely decor. We always like the native sand stone used inside as well as out. We were very pleased and satified in general as past customers of the Clarion. We plan to always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn for future visits to Manhattan.
No negatives at all.
