The Hotel's location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially when we needed medical help for my wife who became ill during our stay. A doctor was called and one of the front desk ladies helped with interpretation.
Car garaging was taken care of and the car returned each day without delay.
We would have liked a king bed room overlooking the harbour rather than to the side. We asked for a king bed and having booked long ago thought that we would get a better room than at first allocated to us. The change was made without delay and all was well in the end.
