RESTAURANT STAFF WAS NICE. THE ROOM WAS NICE.
CHECK IN WAS EXTREMELY SLOW. ONLY ONE FRONT DESK CLERK ON DUTY. I WAS IN LINE TO CHECK IN AND OTHER PEOPLE PUSHED TO THE FRONT AND THE CLERK IGNORED ME AND HELPED THEM FIRST EVEN WHEN I POINTED OUT THAT I WAS NEXT. I LATER STOPPED AT THE DESK TO ASK ABOUT INTERNET ACCESS AND THE CLERK WAS BUSY, THERE WAS ANOTHER AGENT THERE AND SHE IGNORED ME AND THEN I GUESS SHE DECIDED I WASN'T GOING AWAY SO SHE ASKED WHAT I WANTED AN WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE INTERNET SHE PRETTY MUCH BLEW ME OFF.

I liked the room it was very very comfortable. The staff were help full and efficient. The food was great, I didn't eat the buffet I ate outside in the evening and ate from the a la carte menu. There was some hesitation about me being able to eat outside as I was not Spanish but in the end they let me. Glad they did.

The staff was very helpful and cooperative. The decor is excellent and the amenities are top of the line.
I was repeatedly dropped from the wifi connection - seemed to happen about every ten to fifteen minutes. While probably not a problem directly with the hotel, there were several groups of young people booked at the same time we were there who created quite a bit of noise in the hallways until about 1:30am.
