Hotel Princesa Plaza Madrid

On this occasion I must say that unfortunately my room num. 902, had no heating!. Otherwise everything is pretty well carefully, elias garcia rrecuenco

The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, clean. Our first stay was excellent in everyway. We experiences minor inconveniences on our second stay as the room did not have a coffee pot (an essential to my husband and I), nor bath robes as the first room did (same price). A call to the front desk, however, and they were very accommodating to bring us coffee service

We felt the saty at the Husa Princesa was the best of the three hotels we stayed at in Spain over a ten day trip--especially the breakfast buffet and the staff`s help when my wife fell and broke two fingers.

Completely satisfied.
