We were offered 40% off on our dinner if we ate in the hotel. We did and it was Excellent! The waiter even brought us some complimentary cherry liquor at the end of the meal. The breakfast was also especially nice with all of the dinner desserts on display and presumably included.
They were doing construction when we first arrived, so quite noisy. Parking is in the public lot nearby and rather expensive.

The hotel was luxurious for a 3 star. I liked the fact that the butler took our luggages and put them in our room. The breakfast was a four star breakfast.

We stayed 6 days at the hotel. Convenient central location close to many attractions that we have almost all reached on foot, it is helpful to us tourists the metro station within walking distance. We recommend the hotel for its good value for money

Abbimo dispobilità appreciated the reception staff, courtesy of the cleaning staff and comfort of the spacious room on the 4th piano.Siamo were also satisfied with the quality of the cafeteria / restaurant which we used mainly for dining.
The only sore point is the intense traffic noise and clamor of the night drunk in the streets nearby. Away easily remedied the lack of a TV channel of info in Italian.

Our stay was enjoyable after moving from the 6th floor which was too hot, even with the air-conditioner running. The location is very good, near many of the major sites and subway stations. The Front desk staff was very helpful.

The location was excellent. Very near the Plaza Mayor and the major shopping areas. Our second room was very nice.
Our first room on the 6th floor was very warm and we requested a change which they accommodated us. Our second room was great except for a nosiy vent in the bathroom

Smokey, extremely dated and shabby! When is Spain going to catch up with the rest of Europe?! If you're an Austin Powers wannabe, this hotel will suit you down to the ground.

It was disgustingly smokey, the decor was appalling!
