It is my favorite hotel in Madrid after being in many other previously. It has the poise of a great hotel but the warmth of a home. Its location is unique, the reception presonal is attentive, gentle and polite always willing to solve issues for such a trip.

Great location. Another fine hotel choice. Staff very formal but friendly enough. We were going to stay at the airport on our way out but liked this property so much we re-booked it and canceled our airport property. Easy walk to the Market and city tour buses.

Our ability to find the attractions easily from this location. Especially when it was late at night. Nothing bad around the hotel and felt safe at this location.
