En mi caso, la proximidad a mi domicilio. En otros casos supongo que lo bien situado que esta en cuanto a museos y otros atractivos de Madrid. También la amabilidad de su personal en recepción pese a mis cambios constantes de estancia debido a unas obras que estoy realizando en mi domicilio. Asimismo la limpieza.
El poco personal que hay para atender en la cafeterìa por lo que se hace larga la espera.
