El servicio y la hospitalidad. También el ambiente en donde se puede relajarse después de un viaje largo y cansado.
La calidad del restaurante es impecable pero los minutos entre los platos son demasiados! Somos viajeros y nuestro tiempo es limitado.

Staff were most friendly and helpful, even though we arrived at 11 PM. They volunteered the option of a shuttle to the airport the next morning, this saving us approximately 24 Euros.
Our room (145) was very comfortable. My only concern about the layout/decor was the presence of so many hard surfaces and sharp edges, mostly glass. Getting off an ocean cruise one has some residual balance issues--I would hate to think of someone losing balance and falling through a glass door.

The breakfast was very good. So was the location. The room was good and the staff were helpful and friendly.
We were in 639. The carpet outside our room needed vacuuming, which is not a good look on arrival.
