The location.
It appears that either the staff is used to it or that the hotel does not want to spend moneys on items that obviously need updating. There is old dirt under the plastic cover over the front desk, the seats and sofas in the lobby have lost all of their cushioning and are dirty. Wear and tear can be observed throughout. The manager refused to help with parking our rental car for one night. Bell boys absent and nobody to open the front doors even when guest carry their bags. I am surprised it has been listed as a four star hotel.
