Very close to Madrid Airport - great shuttle bus service - even though restaurant was closed when I arrived at 12.30 pm the little self service machine in the lobby is really great.

The free shuttle was superb. Do make an actual reservation, you cannot just go out there and get a ride, if lots of others have reserved a seat. Also, this is the supposed 4 star, the 5 star next door has the shuttle, you will have to drag your bags over there. Also, there is no where else for breakfast, so if the price difference for breakfast included is less than 12 euro, and you like having it, do pay the extra at booking.
The breakfast was second rate at a huge price of 12 euro. They do not tell you that you better make an actual reservation for the shuttle. They tell you it takes off on the hour and half hour, they might as well also give you the helpful hint that you must have a reserved space!
I cannot recommend this hotel unless you've ruled out one with a location near some restaurants.

The rooms were very nice and extremely clean and for the price we were very impressed. I was very impressed with the shuttle service and apreciative of its availability.
The only thing that I can say was a negative was the bed. It was extemely hard. I know everyone has different taste, but I think to get a mattress that was more medium than firm would be a better fit for more guests.

Zeer mooi en goed hotel.Spijtig dat ontbijt apart betaald moet worden.Beter iets meer betalen en ontbijt in.Voor de rest prima en zeer goede service.Ook vervoer naar luchthaven super.

Un hotel muy moderno en excelente estado por donde se lo mire, para pasar noches entre aviones una excelente opción a muy buen precio

Insgesamt war der kurze Aufenthalt der Situation gut angepasst.Das Hotel machte einen guten Eindruck.
Wenn man morgens früh fliegen muss,dann ist das Frühstücksbüffet erst ab 7 Uhr
sehr schlecht.
