The room was clean. There were English language TV stations. Quiet!
There is no food service between 4 pm and 8 pm, not even room service. The restaurant is closed, even the bar cannot give you a sandwich. This is an airport hotel. People are on different time schedules. Good service includes providing food.

Early bus to airport ,easy check in
I though that all the rooms had coffee makers , I guess I was in a cheap room ,the upgrade was an extra 20 euros !

Overall professionalism; courteous and friendly staff; neat and tidy rooms; an ambience of efficiency.
That there is no coffee / tea provision in the room for an early morning cuppa.

We had a wonderful stay at the Axor Barajas in Madrid.
The hotel was clean and modern and the facilities far more than adequate.
The staff was efficient, helpful and went above and beyond the service expected.
When I misplaced my purse (bag)on the way to the airport, the staff went out of their way to find in in the hotel shuttle and the shuttle driver quickly returned it to me at the airport.
The manager and staff are to be commended for such exemplary service.

This hotel is fabulous. It is a wonderful way to start a trip. It is located very close to the airport with transportation included. I can't praize this place enough. All this for a very good price!!!!!
