Everybody was very helpful and friendly. Even the restaurant was pleasantly comfortable and cozy.
The departure with a taxi that I had ordered the night before was trouble because the assigned taxi driver was apparently not professional and other taxis stopped and forced him to leave. The bell man of the hotel did not intervene because he probably had arranged with him the transport. The car was to small for our luggage and there passengers. The driver wanted to put a big piece of luggage in the front seat (illegal) and squeeze us there in the back.

Conveniently located at walking distance from the Atocha Train Station. The staff was friendly, rooms were nice and comfortable and our overall stay was very pleasant even though it was for one night only. Highly recommended for those who want to live near the train station.
